You can read every page of this website without telling us anything about yourself. There are no cookies, no analytics, and nothing that follows you around the internet.

The only information this website sends us is what you choose to type into the contact form. We use it to reply to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or give it to anyone for advertising.

Your name, your email address, and your phone number if you choose to give one. Whether you are asking as an individual or a business, and if a business, the entity type. How you would prefer we reach you. And whatever you write in the message box.

That is the complete list. There are no accounts on this site, no payments, no file uploads, and nothing to log in to.

No Social Security numbers, no tax documents, no bank or account numbers. A web form and ordinary email are not secure enough for those, and you should not send them to any accountant that way, including us.

Tell us you have documents and we will arrange a secure way to get them.

The form is handled by Formspree, a United States company that processes the submission and emails it to Vandana. Your message is stored in Formspree and in her email account until it is deleted.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, it may keep standard server logs, which can include your IP address, for security and reliability. We do not read those logs, and we do not use them to build any picture of you.

Formspree and Cloudflare are the only outside companies involved. There are no others.

This site sets no cookies of its own, and it uses no cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party scripts. Nothing here follows you across other websites, and no other company collects information about you through this site.

Because we do not track anyone in the first place, there is no tracking for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. We honour it by never having started.

Email vandana@vpatelcpa.com and ask. She will remove your submission from Formspree and from her inbox. You do not need to give a reason.

This policy is about visitors to this website. It is not the privacy notice that governs a client engagement.

When you engage us, you receive a separate privacy notice describing how your financial information is handled, along with any consents the law requires before your tax return information is used or disclosed. Those protections are stronger than this page, and they are given to you directly rather than published on a website.

This site is meant for adults seeking accounting services. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. There is no other version of it anywhere.
